Information you provide
When you submit a contact form, print inquiry, wall-art inquiry, workshop form, or email signup, you may provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, project details, wall measurements, uploaded images, and message content. Workshop participants may also be asked for information reasonably needed to prepare for and safely deliver the workshop, such as an emergency contact, camera equipment, skill level, dietary needs, physical-readiness information, transportation plans, and medical or accessibility information that is relevant to participation.
This information is used to respond to your request, provide the requested service, prepare participant materials, communicate operational or safety information, maintain business records, and prevent abuse or duplicate submissions. Workshop health, emergency, and accessibility information is requested and used only when reasonably relevant to participation and safety.
Calendar orders and workshop reservations through Shopify
Calendar purchases and workshop deposit or balance payments are completed through Shopify. Shopify may collect contact, shipping, billing, tax, payment, device, and transaction information needed to process an order or reservation. Payment-card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers rather than stored on this photography website. Shopify may also provide Jonathan Z Photography with order and customer information needed for fulfillment, workshop administration, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Email signup and communications
Email subscriptions are managed through Kit. Contact, inquiry, workshop, and order-related messages may be delivered through Resend and business email services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link included in each message. Transactional, participant, or inquiry-related messages may still be sent when needed to complete a request, reservation, order, or workshop service.
Website analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page views, referral sources, device types, and general geographic trends. Vercel Web Analytics is designed without third-party advertising cookies and does not provide Jonathan Z Photography with information that directly identifies individual visitors.
Meta advertising and campaign measurement
Depending on your location, browser privacy signals, and privacy choice, this website may use the Meta Pixel associated with Jonathan Z Photography to record events such as page views, product or workshop page views, and clicks that continue to Shopify checkout. In regions that require prior consent, Meta tracking is not activated unless you allow it. In regions that use an opt-out model, Meta tracking may operate by default unless you decline it. Campaign identifiers, including Meta click IDs and UTM parameters, may be preserved so an order or reservation can be attributed to the advertisement that generated it.
Shopify's Facebook and Instagram integration may also use the Meta Pixel, advanced matching, and the Conversions API. Depending on the checkout activity and data-sharing setting, information such as name, email, telephone number, location, browsing activity, and purchase details may be sent to Meta in hashed or other protected form for matching, measurement, fraud prevention, and advertising. Meta processes this information under its own privacy terms and account settings.
Your advertising choice
You can allow or decline Meta tracking at any time. Visitors in regions that require prior consent are asked before Meta tracking is activated. Browser-based Global Privacy Control signals are honored as a decline. Declining Meta tracking does not prevent you from browsing the site or placing an order or workshop reservation.

Participant emergency, medical, or accessibility information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for workshop administration, safety, or a related legal obligation. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain targeted advertising uses. Browser-based Global Privacy Control signals are treated as a request to decline Meta tracking on this photography website. Requests can be submitted through the contact page. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and Jonathan Z Photography does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. The 2026 Adirondack Fall Photography Intensive requires participants to be at least 18 years old.
